Review on Rubbermaid FG6B9900 Comfort Grip by Shauna Bishop

The brush has a strong grip, that's why I'm giving it a star

This is a toilet brush as expected. The handle of the brush is strong, which is why I put a star. Very thin holder that fell out of the packaging. This part would be fine with me if I could just remove the front door from the container, but that would also remove the bottom of the container and render the thing unusable. Luckily I have an old brush holder to put my new brush in. VERY BIG PROBLEM, I buy anything that can be made in the USA and the description of this brush says it is made in the USA. I just looked at the questions and Rubbermaid replied it was made in China. This is a big problem for me because I know people who worked at the Rubbermaid factory that closed a few years ago. The last complaint I have about this item relates to the label. The massive sticker on the front of this easily disintegrating holder is made of very thin paper with a very strong adhesive. It cannot be removed by simply pulling. I had to soak it in water and rub it off, then use the slime to scrub off the glue. It sounds petty, but when you pull the door off this thing because the retainer isn't as strong as the tag and it falls apart, that's a big problem.

Pros
  • Full bristle brush for cleaning all around
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging
