Just arrived today. The only thing different from the one on the box and the photo on the website was the power cord. My cable is straight, not curly. However, it was paid for, so I used it anyway. Wow! I have thin and thick hair due to thyroid, pituitary, asthma and just plain old age. Don't press hard on your face. I was very surprised that when cleaning you could see hairs that were really pulled out at the root and not straight cut hairs! I've just used another epilator and I'm very embarrassed to find out it didn't do what I thought it did until I got this one. Buy it!
