The ease of use! I have been able to find what I need in one place - easy access for my staff as well as myself. Having this all at once has made things easier than trying to piece together different solutions or applications. It's not always 100% but when you do run into an issue they are quick to resolve them if needed (we've only had 1 so far). There isn't anything we dislike about the system itself; however some features could definitely improve such as having more options available regarding file storage & management/access. If used properly, everything works pretty flawlessly. Accessibility through mobile devices / tablets makes working anywhere much better because now there aren't multiple places where someone would need to go just to get their work completed.
