The Onpcare Small Animal pad is an excellent, soft, shag rug for your pet.The design is similar to a small bathmat. It is not quite as heavy as a bathmat but it is heavy enough that it stays situated on the floor. The synthetic fibers are very soft and wash clean easily. The bottom is a rubber-like material that will prevent accidents from seeping through.The pad cleans up easily--simply take outdoors and shake and then place in the washing machine. I was able to dry the pad on a low-heat cycle and, given its small size, it dried quickly. I was concerned that my rabbit would chew on the base or the fibers, but the rabbit has shown no interest in chewing on the carpet.My rabbit really enjoys sitting and laying on the pad and it is her new favorite place to go. Recommended.
