The product arrived on time but that's the only good thing I can say about it. The packaging was extremely bad. It was in a ziplock bag, in a box with no "filling". The bag it was in leaked liquid from a bottle, about half a glass was lost, that's the first. Then when I washed the bottle and tried spraying it on the puppy mat, nothing! I made sure the spray was on and attached to the bottle but nothing came of it. Take out the spray head with the hose and put it in a cup of water to clean it out or something, but no luck. Refused the spray and tried dripping a small amount onto the pillow area, it didn't make the dog urinate at all but did make him lift himself up there. So if you want to entice your dog into tofu then this is for you, if not then don't waste your money.
