I bought this cable because I didn't want to use a USB-C to HDMI adapter and then an HDMI cable when I could get everything in one cable. I use this with my iPad Air (4th generation). AirPlay is great, but it's not always the most stable option. The screen was a little blurry when I first plugged it in, but I found that it was due to a setting in the iPad trying to render an HDR image when my 4K TV didn't support HDR (it's a slightly older 4K model). WATCH TV). After changing the setting to SDR, the picture was great. I originally bought this cable for travel but after plugging it into my TV I can just leave it there and buy another of these cables for travel.
