I suffered a nerve injury from a chainsaw which caused me chronic pain in my left arm. My fingers are twisted and in constant pain and need to be pulled out by hand to ease the pain a bit for a while. I was thrilled to find this product while looking for foam toe braces. I got something from the hospital in 2001, but new ones are needed. This machine is very good as it grips your hand tightly and stretches the nerves and fingers straight and also provides some warmth and relief. Is it a true substitute for human touch and massage?
