I like that they are very transparent when it comes time for billing or changes throughout your contract period (which is usually 1 year).

They also have an excellent team who will go above & beyond what you would expect from any other vendor! The only thing we don't love about them at this point has been their lacklustre support system - not sure if its just me but there's always something going wrong which makes communication difficult sometimes as well!! However our experience so far hasn’t really given much reason why people should switch away from direct agents now either? We've had no issues since switching over two years ago where all aspects were covered by DA including SEO / PPC etc.
