Direct Agents Review

The platform is very easy for our sales team as they can see all their prospects at once! It's also great that it syncs up to Google Sheets so we are able to manage everything together online which helps speed things along when doing prospecting or cold calling from home - no need wasting time searching through emails/files etc. I dislike having to log into my account every day but this could be fixed by implementing an auto login system where you don't have too keep logging back each morning?

I like how easy it is for me to use as an individual agent or even larger organizations that may have hundreds if not thousands of agents working together across multiple states/countries at once! It's constantly improving but there could be more training opportunities available outside our organization (as well as online). I like that they are very transparent when it comes time for billing or changes throughout your contract period (which is usually 1 year). They also have an excellent team who will go above & beyond what you would expect from any other vendor! The only thing we don't love about them at this point has been their lacklustre support system - not sure if its just me but there's always something going wrong which makes communication difficult sometimes as well!!
