The platform is very easy for our sales team as they can see all their prospects at once! It's also great that it syncs up to Google Sheets so we are able to manage everything together online which helps speed things along when doing prospecting or cold calling from home - no need wasting time searching through emails/files etc.

I dislike having to log into my account every day but this could be fixed by implementing an auto login system where you don't have too keep logging back each morning? Also would like more reminders sent out if there isn’t activity within 24 hours rather than waiting until next days mailshot! We use direct agents across multiple offices who go onto various platforms such as Pardot (which doesn't sync well), Salesforce & Zoho CRM plus LinkedIn ads which has been effective reaching new leads (and closing them).
