Dirty and Ink Marked Dress Makers
This is very disappointing! 1-They were very dirty. Each of the 4 had dirt. 2-They had blue markings. It looks like a tailor marker with blue ink. Overall they appear to have been used and not in NEW condition. I bought some from JoAnne Fabrics and they were NOT marked or dirty. For the price I paid here, I could have paid less at Joanna's and got a NEW product.
