I have had this bag for 3 months. And it has worked great until today. To change the code, you must lock the default code or the code you have chosen. Then you need to pull the latch all the way out and set the new code. At this point, if you turn the digital dials, the sound they make is significantly louder than normal unlocking. When trying to zip my bag, I somehow snapped the zipper into the lock and then accidentally misaligned one of the numbers on the locking mechanism. It doesn't usually matter much, just toggle it back to the right combination. But for some reason when I switched it back to the correct code it still didn't open. Is it physically impossible to change the code while there is a zip in one of the holes in the lock and it still changed? Or just wrong. So I sit here and try every possible code. I decided to try my real code again and when I press the unlock button, the locking mechanism holding one of the zippers goes into the entire lock compartment! So now not only is one zip gone, I can't even zip the other one because my code isn't working.
