Unpacking / First time setup

Unpacking the fryer was time consuming and frustrating. It had a clear film all over the fryer to protect from scratches that had to be pulled off. Took 2 hours to get it off. Other than that great fryer! Love it!

Easy to use and clean double tank so can use one side or both.

Cons

The 110V power supply of this deep fryer may not be sufficient for larger events or busy establishments, leading to slow cooking times and frustrated customers
