I thought I would buy a new DVD player. I don't know if it was new or renovated. Sometimes the DVD would freeze and there would be flashes of light. Returned for a refund today. Pay attention. The refund period was one month. I don't use a DVD player very often and after a month I requested a refund. Raven was very helpful. You sent me a code. I took it to the UPS store and the item was returned. A refund will be issued. If I were to order another DVD player I would like to know if it is NEW. This is not stated in the item descriptions.😔
