I bought this because I had previously bought two other Bluetooth video conferencing devices (like Zoom) and needed something that: would fit in the ear (because the headphone style only falls out of my ears with headphones on) and not sound as I'd be buried under a lake It seems to be working fine so far! Just did a quick test so I'll learn more with continued use, but for now: PROS: 1) It fits over the ear so I can shake my head and even turn it upside down without it falling off. 2) It only fits in one ear at a time (at a time, but can be worn on the right or left) so my other ear can hear outside noise. 3) The microphone is pretty good and picks up my sounds. Voice when I spoke very softly but did not break when I spoke loudly. 4) The device itself has on/off buttons so I don't have to put it back in the case to turn it off and feel like it's a mystery as to what it does as I do with my headphones . CONS: 1) It doesn't have a charging case, so it needs to be plugged directly into a USB port. My computer needs to be on to charge when I use this. 2) It's quite light, but theoretically, carrying it for a long time may get tired. 3) I've only been using it for about 5 years. Protocol. :) Happy with my purchase so far!
