It does not fit me

I bought this for my son, the hat doesn't fit his head. He's too small. But otherwise everything was ok. One of the mittens was eaten by a cow on our farm but it was our fault. :) But I bought these mainly for hats because he only has one and now he only has one because they are too small for his head.
