I like how easy it was for me as an employee to learn their system in order for my business needs to be met. It's also very user friendly! Not much but what i dislike about hyve are there customer service issues which have been resolved by them. The only issue would be when you receive your bill at least once every month or two. Their billing process can take up to 2 weeks sometimes. There should always be some sort of way where they send out reminders if bills aren't paid within certain dates. This helps keep customers informed on due date payments without having to ask questions over email.
