The people are friendly in this place! They have fun games for their employees which makes it easy when you're having an off day or need some downtime during your shift (which happens quite often!). I like how easy it was for me to get started using hyve. It's very fast loading times and they have many different options available when you sign up! The customer service can be tough sometimes but once everything gets sorted out its all good. They do not offer any discounts if your looking to host multiple websites. I like how easy it was for me as an employee to learn their system in order for my business needs to be met. It's also very user friendly! Not much but what i dislike about hyve are there customer service issues which have been resolved by them. The only issue would be when you receive your bill at least once every month or two. Their billing process can take up to 2 weeks sometimes. There should always be some sort of way where they send out reminders if bills aren't paid within certain dates.
