I have to say that this product definitely exceeds all expectations in terms of price and quality! Everyone knows this is not a brand name compared to the expensive stuff used by most law enforcement/military agencies, but I have been using and abusing this product due to normal wear and tear for several months and have never had a single problem. I didn't even take the backup out of the box. This speaker is well compatible with several different portable radios that have dual aux inputs. I've tried them on several portable devices and they all work perfectly. I gave it five stars because while not a flagship brand they do a great job for the price you pay. I noticed the noise because it is very loud! Of course you control it with your radio, but if I give it my all, it will definitely be able to play quality sound. If anyone is interested, I personally use them with walkie-talkies like the Kenwood TK-136.
