There are no pockets, which is becoming relatively customary with maxi dresses, so that's a little disappointing.The V-neck is pretty extreme and unsuitable for large-busted women who prefer modesty. As another reviewer said, a bra would be clearly visible in the V and in the mesh. You'd need to wear a tank-top under the dress to provide modesty. She was planning to wear a tank top with it so it's what she expected. In her case the mesh under the bust rides up to sort of across the lower boob instead of below the bust, so a tank top wouldn't work.
