The support team is outstanding! They are always willing to help with any questions or issues that arise during our use of their software. I love how easy they make importing from other databases like Excel into a database designed specifically around relational analytics. There isn't anything at this time that we dislike about using Graph DB. It's really been a pleasure working with them over these last several years. Their customer service has helped us so much in getting up-to-speed quickly when it comes to their product. We've used Graph DB primarily as an analytical tool within my organization but have seen benefits outside our own department where others can benefit from its capabilities too.
