From time to time someone finds a simple solution to a small but annoying problem. One of my favorite issues with the charger that came with the Galaxy Watch 3 is the short length of the charging cable, which is firmly attached to the small disc that the watch rests on. So it barely reached from the socket (at the usual height above the floor) to the top of my dresser and slipped off easily. Second, I use a deployment clasp, meaning it's one-piece. While watches with standard two-piece bands can easily lay flat on the charger, mine can't, so the band needs to be under the charger to keep the back of the watch in the correct position. This makes it even more unstable. And then. Solution. Simply thread the charging cable through the slot on the stand (instructions included) and you have a very affordable watch stand that uses the original OEM charger but securely holds your watch upright. Ideal.
