I suffer from degenerative discs in my neck and spine and spend many hours every day in front of a computer. I have tried several other products to make my office chair more ergonomic and maintain proper posture as well as relieve back and neck pain but to no avail. noticeable after just a few days of use! Both are lightweight and easy to use. The seat is non-slip and I hardly notice the presence of lumbar support (note the pain relief I feel). I check my posture many times throughout the day and find that I'm not doing much, if anything, right. Since neither is bulky, I plan to take both on a trip in September. I highly recommend both products!
