The stick smelled nice when I first opened the package. I applied directly to clean, dry underarms and massaged gently as directed. It becomes thick and light purple. The purple tint stuck to my pits; it did not go away with rubbing as stated. Only walked away in the shower with a washcloth. After 3-5 hours sitting in a chair (working at home on the computer) I already smelled my own pit stench. I started showering 2 times a day to reapply it. I did this every day for a week. I really tried to believe this thing. The stick itself stopped smelling good after a week and I only ever used it on clean, dry skin. However, it has rubbed off in the wash. Ultimately, this is a big no for me. - it doesn't work as a deodorant - the stick itself smells bad after just a week - it leaves my armpits purple - it leaves purple stains on my clothes. I tried to find a way to reuse it so it wouldn't be wasteful but ended up throwing it away. Save money and keep looking, that's not the answer.
