I'm a mother, I'm not a teenager but I figured if it's strong enough for a teenager then it's for me too. It almost doesn't smell, but it's not bad. However, it is a bit difficult to put on. it doesn't slip and some get stuck in the dispenser. It's completely unobtrusive if you attach it properly. It seems to get the job done even during a weight training session. I'm used to using antiperspirants so it takes a little getting used to. I can feel moisture in my armpits like my hands are sticking together but if I feel it with my hands they will be dry. just a different feeling. It appears to be good for what it is, and supposedly a lot better for you than antiperspirants.
