The fiber connection pins are very fragile
Several other reviewers (Francisco C. and DG.) have noted that the fiber connection pins on these devices break easily. They are not made of metal like the rest of the box, but of brittle plastic. Be very careful when connecting fiber optic cables or you will end up with broken connectors and need to find another way to secure the cable(s). Or better yet, buy a different brand of transceiver with metal connectors.
