Great Girl Hat on my review.
I have a small head and when I saw a review stating this cap was too small for one reviewer, I had to try. This cap does fit me (on the smallest setting). I like that you can have a high or low pony tail and it won't effect the way the cap fits. The only downfall for me is it may be a bit large, but I don't think that would be many people's problem, just mine. ☺
