Convenient for heat or cold therapy

Handy massage roller for targeted therapy. The description says it can be stored in the freezer; Instructions said refrigerator. It's okay - I just leave it in the fridge and it's always ready. I couldn't figure out how to release the grip, but I didn't try very hard. Compact even with a handle. Well made and durable. Good value for money.
