poor hardware design

Like many other reviews, I share the same complaints. Pieces are not stamped well, some are slightly wrinkled or cut short on one side, or a small piece is hanging down on one side. Also, the pocket created to insert the screw head is only big enough for a #6 screw head, most #6 screws are quite small and not long enough to securely hook onto the stud, also leaving some drywall protrusions. grab a hanger in the keyhole too. They are also a bit small to attach to a regular plastic drywall anchor. I had to buy a different screw for my application but that wasn't in the plans for me so I actually had to grind down the head and collar of some of the screws to fit. I'm resourceful but it took more than my time which is valuable too, I wouldn't need to if they were managed properly. If you're hanging anything heavy, you'd better look for a heavy-duty hanger and pay a little more for better quality. If you're hanging something light like a small painting, this will work. Many have complained about the screws. The included screws for attaching the hanger are tiny, but they should be. Many apps don't have a material depth tone to screw them in. The second comment was related to how weak and easy to break the screws are. I had no problem screwing them into a really solid black walnut. You should always drill a pilot hole and since it is a tiny screw you should use it with great care. It's not a #8 or #10 screw, it can't just be jammed with a drill with the wrong size bit. You must be a responsible industrialist and use the right tools for the job.
