Simple interface for easy use. The order management capabilities are very useful! We have integrated our system in Magento so it's quite easy to work with. Nothing I dislike about this software but if you're looking to create an online fulfilment center then I imagine there will be some things your may not like. Try out demo first before making any purchases. For us we were trying to solve the issue of having two separate sites/systems - one being a store front which was working off inventory control etc and another being a fulfillment centre where customers placed their orders via email or through social media platforms such as Facebook.
