I bought this dehumidifier because it was supposed to cover 2000 square feet but it doesn't! I have 1100 square meters. Feet in the basement and when I received it all seemed fine although the water bucket was small and needed to be filled quickly and the humidity has dropped to 52%. I connected a drain hose to the pump I have and that fixed the problem. Then the thermal fabric hit us and the temperature went up to 90 degrees and the humidity was over 70 degrees and it had problems. Humidity never dropped below 60% (when it did) and condensation started to form on my pipes again. I bought a dehumidifier for 3,000 square meters. feet, and that seems to have helped.
