When I saw this product I thought it would be great. Increasing lung capacity is key to being able to train longer and harder. The product has many technologies to track your exhalation and inhalation, as well as exercises to increase lung capacity. All in all, this is a reliable product. The packaging is good and professional. The product and application are top notch and reliable. Bluetooth syncing and usability were excellent with no issues. I just couldn't motivate myself to do exercises to increase lung capacity. From time to time, when I'm at my computer, I run the application, sync BULO and do a test. Overall this is a 5 star product. I give myself 3 stars motivation and commitment.
