Easy to set up! in cradles and hammocks

We have a 10 year old who sleeps in it quite often when they sleep over. Installed quickly, packed even faster. It seems as cool as any other murphy bed we've used. It's certainly not designed for jumping and climbing inside. Hop on and off, read books, even change clothes - all done without any problems. I even slept in it a few times. Everything was good. We use one of those tiny 1/2 inch air mattresses and it's more comfortable than most camping bedding. The best part is that it is actually light enough for a child to carry. Total weight 8 pounds. Sizes seem to start at 30 pounds. That's a lot to pack, load, tow, carry etc. We recently decided to get a second camping tent as it is quicker and easier to pitch than a regular tent. Put them next to each other and everyone wins. Less time setting up, more time doing other things.

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities
