This product is not a Sony product, so many people are dissatisfied with it, firstly, the range is very short, about 10ft compared to Sony's 20ft, secondly, I had problems with it " Volume +" and "Channel +", these buttons do not work at all. As I am using this remote as a secondary control alongside the original Sony remote I will not be going back to Revain but if you intend to use it as a primary control then don't. Buy it.
