I recently made a purchase from ASTARRY for a refurbished Xbox system; however, as soon as I received it, I observed that it was not operating as it should have been. In spite of the fact that I made multiple attempts to get in touch with customer support for assistance, the responses I received were unhelpful and unresponsive. When it comes to refurbishing products, ASTARRY's dearth of attention to detail sets them apart from their rivals, who pay closer attention to those details. The Xbox system that I was sent had obviously not been put through its paces in terms of testing, and it was aggravating to deal with unhelpful customer service while attempting to resolve the problem. My interactions with ASTARRY have, on the whole, been less than satisfying, and I am unable to recommend either their products or their customer support. I would advise you to seek elsewhere if you are interested in finding a reputable and trustworthy online retailer for all of your gaming requirements.
