Definitely one size smaller
I usually wear women's tops in size L or XL. Based on the photos I thought this sweatshirt would fit a little better than it actually did. I accidentally chose size XL when I could probably wear M. My boyfriend is 6ft 210lbs and this sweatshirt was still too big for him let alone me. Otherwise, the fabric feels nice (albeit a bit synthetic). Seems like it would be comfortable and warm if true to size.
