I've been considering buying one of these duvets as I struggle with insomnia AND can't sleep. I usually sleep well for 45-1.5 hours if I fall asleep first and then wake up every 30-45 minutes. I almost never buy a product that doesn't have enough reviews but I haven't seen another one that compares so I canceled the first order I made for a cheaper one that didn't look as comfortable. The one I ordered first needed a blanket as it looked like a heavy flat blanket that would be uncomfortable to sleep under alone so it would cost at least $20 more anyway. could say they hadn't lost a weight as heavy as the box it was in. There's even weight distribution and none of the wobbly sand noises I've heard of. He's as soft as he looks, seriously. And the blue is the same as in the pictures. I have never heard of this company in my life, had no contact with them, nor have I made any discounts. Trying to help someone who might be on the fence about trying one of these weighted blankets. They've helped me fall asleep faster and sleep longer, and the softness is what you'd expect from a thick coating of this material. It's best if you lie flat (I mean with or without a pillow. I usually sleep in an elevated position) as you get the full coverage effect. I also sleep with a veil over my head, and have for many years. No problem. Of course, I would be careful with a child or a disabled person with a weighted blanket. I haven't washed it yet, so I can't speak about it. I honestly can't think of a scam.
