Review on Calls9 Knowledge Plus by David Hill

The ability of being able to work from home, having all my contact information at one place so I don't have loose papers around or need multiple devices just because i'm working with different people who are located across Canada! It would also help if there was an option where you could see what your co-workers were doing while they're out sick (or not). Having everything accessible through calls makes it easy when someone isn’t available as well which helps me get things done without waiting until later hours/days after office hrs etc...
