Decent protein, no protein bitterness, no gastrointestinal problems, normal consistency. I've had better, I usually say Isopure Zero is my supplement of choice, but if you're just looking for a decent protein powder to maintain mass, this is probably a good choice. This type of powder will smell if you don't wash your shaker well, so be sure to do so and spray it on both the lid and cup of rubbing alcohol. I have to keep things clean. As for taste, this is my first time buying fruit flavored powder, I chose blueberry because, you know, YOLO and all that. As expected - synthetic and overly sweet. I don't hate it, I'm about to finish the powder but I don't think I would recommend it. It's just that base vanilla or chocolate seems like the way to go, at least for me. So I recommend it as a decent grooming powder.
