Review on 🔘 Dritz 661-65 Extra-Large Eyelets, Zinc, 7/16-Inch, Pack of 10 by Jessica Lewis

I bought these to add to some embroidered microfiber gym towels I made. The concept seemed simple and the instructions that came with it were pretty straightforward. But as other reviewers have pointed out, the little teeth never stuck to the fabric. It wobbled when placed on the anvil and never fitted properly. Nevertheless I fought back. The result was a deformed outer ring that fell apart. I've tried it with and without the stabilizer and the results have always been disappointing. Even DH threw up his hands and said it was "cheap". This might work better on one material than another, but I'm really interested as it doesn't work on relatively thin fabric. Very disappointed with Dritz, a company that has been around for a long time. Also keep in mind that the "brass" version is a very shiny gold.
