It gives us control over all aspects of our infrastructure including capacity planning/scheduling & networking with multiple vendors across different regions within US / Canada (CDNs).

The overall service has been good so far but some minor issues have occurred occasionally that are being addressed by their support team asap without any delays in fixing them! Their response time can vary from super quick fix or ticket resolution etc.. We use it primarily because we needed an option where I could manage everything related my site - servers along w other sites hosted under same umbrella i would say its one stop solution provider rather than just having separate services like Caching layer only which you may not need if u dont plan properly before hand! Infrastructure management at affordable price range thats what attracted me most about this product!! Hosting web applications using Amazon EC2 instances running Apache Tomcat server.
