As anyone who buys children's clothing knows, this price is a bargain. The dress came in the smallest box so I had to iron it which isn't a big deal. However, there is no laundry care tag sewn into the dress. It is covered with a thin cotton cover. I find that the polyester outer layer of the dress is actually a decent quality material. I find the size a bit small. I ordered an eight and it fits my daughter too well. She's pretty skinny at her age so it suits her, but the dress doesn't do her much good because it's already comfortable. If in doubt, go up a size as this fabric does not stretch.
