Durabasics disappointed me: a review of my personal experience

I recently had a bad encounter with Durabasics, which has made me hesitant to use them for future purchases. Although they have a sizable selection of workplace and school supplies, I was disappointed in the quality of their offerings. I bought pens, paper, and a desk organizer from Durabasics along with other items. The paper was thin and prone to tearing, and the pens rapidly ran out of ink. Additionally, the work organizer was ill-made and did not endure for very long. Along with the poor quality, I discovered that Durabasics' rates were higher than those I could find elsewhere. Although I respect their dedication to sustainability, I wasn't ready to pay more for environmentally friendly products that didn't work well. To make things worse, Durabasics' customer service was below par. They weren't helpful or responsive when I called them to voice my displeasure. They didn't seem to care about fixing my problems or making their goods better. Overall, I would not advise others to purchase Durabasics. Although they have a wide variety of workplace and school supplies, their quality and prices are far from satisfactory. There are better choices available if you're looking for trustworthy and reasonably priced supplies.
