Came in its transparent packaging with only a "seal" on a zipper. Anyone could take it out and put it back in and I'll never know. Anyone along the way could see what it was. It's pretty weird in my opinion. In addition, it is to be expected. The gloves have grippy bulges on the palms and my fingertips work with my phone with a bit of a lag. In terms of warmth, they are the same as cheap ones you can buy anywhere. Not particularly warm, but better than nothing. Inside the hat were cords that had to be cut off during the editing process. Haven't had a reason to wear it yet, but it looks cute.
