The best thing about this software is that it helps me to organize all of my contacts into one place so I can easily send out invitations or reminders when appointments fall due! It's also easy enough if someone forgets an appointment they have with another client/employer but still wants them added back onto your system as well - no problem there either!! Nothing really at first glance (but could always improve!).
If anything though- make sure whoever manages marketing within each organization works closely together because some clients just don't like receiving emails from multiple sources asking scheduling questions etc.- especially during off hours which sometimes happens here depending where work takes us throughout our day & night shifts haha :) Great way keep track /organize contact info between different departments such office mates vs family members, friends even past employers too!
