Top doesn't quite fit
This suit is ok. The upper really needs an overhaul to be snug. Not only was it loose compared to the butt, it was actually too flat so if you put your hands up it will be very close to the bottom of the bust line and not a good fit for children. And it doesn't look good with a bathing suit underneath. It's like he needs another elastic band around the bottom of the bodice to keep it closed instead of opening when they dance.
