HDR not working, monitor blinks and reboots like an idiot

Try this with Windows 10, 11, HDMI and DisplayPort 1.4. Attention, do not try to enable HDR in Windows without first knowing the command "+Win+Alt+B" to disable HDR. It locks the monitor in an infinite reset loop and keeps running forever until you turn it off with a keyboard shortcut since you can't navigate the screen.
