Bought 2 of these. One showed up scratched do to hardware floating around inside and making contact with faceplate. The other I installed and after guessing at which wires are hot and neutral in my old home, I found the faceplate cannot sit flush to the outlet body. The two button head screws that anchor the outlet to the wall prevent the faceplate from sitting flush to the outlet itself. If those two screws were flat head, then it would likely be fine. Otherwise a simple install.Edit: Upon plugging in other appliances I have found that the protective bits in the 3 prong sockets do not play nice with every plug. Definite frustration here.
