3 out of 4 pairs I received were great. All fit. Everything is nice and simple. Everything seemed to have the same power. Task - 1 pair is completely unsuitable. It folds up nicely, but one earbud falls out. I contacted the seller a week ago. No Answer. But at least I have 3 good pairs. I would advise you to take them all out of the box and check them out right away. If one or more don't fit, send them back and start over. UPDATE - The seller contacted and resolved the issue with the exchange of the pair. Thank you for your help and problem solving
