Powerful and Effective Marketing Data Analytics Tool
I like how easy it was to use, for my team this tool has helped us understand our prospecting efforts better than any other data source we have used in past years! This product could be improved by having more features such as additional fields or filters so its not limited only to sales rep's account information.
We've been able to identify what channels are performing well with respect to their prospects' accounts/companies compared against others within same channel type - but also who needs improvement when comparing across multiple types of marketing programs vs just one program at time period end.
Pros
- What I like best about this product is that it provides me the most up to date information from all of my prospects, and I can get data from all of my prospects at once for the same period (end of the year) and compare between sales reps and programs to identify best performing programs and accounts to be targeted more
Cons
- The only thing I dislike about this product is I'd like to see more data fields and filters
